Dr Phillip Flufferson is a 1 Star, Cool Nice Lands creature in Card Wars. It can be obtained in level 7 (valentine quest) in the Fionna & Cake Adventure.

Dr Phillip Flufferson is a useful heal card, in that it is better then a non-gold Fat Goat with its' floop and defense. Use it in the early stages of the fight to heal your cards.
Tips: []
Use Cough Syrup to make it into a 16 attack, 5 defense glass cannon. If you'd like to give it more attack and defense for its' attack, play Sand Castle or Ghost Castle to make it stronger offensively and defensively. Keep an Unempty Coffin in your hand in case it is killed. Floop it in order to heal your cards in adjacent spaces. Make sure you keep your Nice Lands landscape(s) in the middle of the battlefield, so that this card and others can get the most of the heal floops.

Any creature with 16 or more attack can kill it. Volcano can kill it as well. If it is at 8 (or less) health, you can play Clairvoyant Daggerstorm to kill it as well. Subliminal Strength also kills it, and a lot of other cards as well.
