this is quite a good card, as it has high defense and can activate floops even if blocked by Cool Dog, Mouthball, Embarrassing Bard, or Field of Nightmares.
Tips[]
Punk Cat can be used in several different strategies. It's Floop is able to activate an adjacent creature's ability for the cost of 3 magic points. So for example, If you played a Punk Cat beside a Psionic Architect, you could activate Psionic Architect's ability to get one spell back from your Discard Pile then use Punk Cat's to get another one back.
Counter[]
A powerful creature such as Dr. Death or Patchy the Pumpkin can be used to defeat it in one hit.
