This Black Card is easily one of the most versatile Black Cards. His ability is a floop cost adjuster, reducing the magic cost of all your creatures' floops by 1 the turn he's flooped. This gives his base magic cost of 0 and floop cost of 1 great value in the beginning of the game allowing you to activate even the most expensive floops each and every turn without running out of magic points.
Tips[]
As with all Black Cards, the best timing to play this card is early game to ensure your life points are relatively safe from heavy hitters. But his use becomes most notable after your lanes are all filled in with creatures that have high magic cost floops. Pairing Timmy with cards like Lady Mary, Legion of Earlings, Cottonsaurus Rex and Dark Angel with their game changing floops that each cost 3 magic, you'll easily be able to save more than the magic spent on his floop. Which gives Timmy the ability to pair well with any floop reliant creature in the game.
Counter[]
Usually, Cerebral Bloodstorm or any other creature with 15+ attack can kill it. Try to use creatures with floop abilities which can prevent it from using its ability. A good creature you can use is Embarrassing Bard. You can also simply counter the floop by flooping its polar opposite, Infinite Figure but until the developers fix its floop (it doesn't like to actuate after its activation), best to leave Infinite Figure out of your deck builds.
